Better late than never – Been working TOO hard for a Friday and just getting a chance to post about Day 4, which was yesterday.
It was the best day yet – I had enough snacks and my sweet husband had dinner ready when I got home!

Day 4:
Breakfast:
Steel cut oatmeal, raw honey, flax seed & walnuts
Lunch:
Salad from Doc Green’s – mixed greens, garbonzo beans, boiled egg, avacado, brocolli, cucumbers with oil & vinegar
Snacks:
grapes and almonds
Dinner:
Sauteed chicken and corn
Drinks:
Sweet tea & water
Love it! Thats the way to start and it DOES make a difference!
