I need to get back on after falling off last night!! Day 3 was going pretty good until I got home, there was only chicken in the fridge, with NOTHING, I mean nothing to go with it, and I was meeting friends at a Mexican restaurant later……The plan was to eat at home before meeting them to hang out, but not having the right foods available and being extremely hungry, made the choice all to easy to say, “forget it, I’m just going to eat Mexican”, and that’s what I did! And it was yummy!
But, I’m going to get back on track today and see if I can stick with it – check back in tomorrow and see how I faired

Breakfast:
Steel cut oatmeal with walnuts, flax seed & honey
Lunch:
Ground beef patty & corn (leftovers)
Snack:
Rasberries
Dinner:
Chicken soup at the Mexican restaurant
Drinks:
Sweet tea & water
OH! I forgot to mention the chips and salsa..OOPS I did chow down on those!
Chicken soup? If I were coming off the wagon, I probably
have dove head first off with enchiladas, chips and queso! You go girl
