Fast & Easy Cabbage
- 1 head of cabbage, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4-1/2 cup water
- Salt & Pepper
- Place cabbage, butter and water (amount varies based on size of cabbage) in sauce pan and cover with lid. It works best if it fits tight and cabbage is close to the top of the pan
- Bring to boil on med-high heat.
- Once lid begins to rattle, turn off heat.
- Let sit for 5 minutes, or until ready to eat.
- Salt pepper to taste, stir and serve
