Drink Water! You hear everyone say it, do you know why?

Water:

  • can prevent certain types of cancer
  • flushes bacteria and toxins out of the body
  • is the primary transportation in the body for nutrients
  • boots metabolism and digestive function
  • your brain is composed of  over 70% water

How much you might ask?  The recommend amount is 8 cups/glasses per day, however you need to listen what your body needs.  It may be more due to your climate and physical activity. Or less due to how your body utilizes water.  Start with the recommend 8 glasses and observe the differences in your body as you vary your water intake and decide the right amount for you!
