As we enter the final few months of winter, here are a few ways to enable your body to flight off the flu/cold:
The common ones….
1. WASH YOUR HANDS! Frequently and for 15-20 seconds with warm water
2. Drink water
3. Get enough sleep – this allows your body function properly
The not so well known ones….
4. Take a shot of apple cider vinegar if you feel a cold coming on
5. Take a zinc supplement
6. Eat ginger – sprinkle some your hot tea, glass of water or add to a smoothie
