Roasted Turnips
- 1 bunch turnip roots
- 1/4c olive oil
- 2-3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Italian seasoning (to taste)
- salt & pepper (to taste)
Serve with fish over sautéed turnip greens
- Pre-heat oven to 425
- Chop roots
- In bowl, coat well with olive oil
- Mix in vinegar and seasonings
- Place on non-stick baking sheet
- Bake 20-25 min, until desired tenderness
