Roasted Turnips

 

Roasted Turnips

  • 1 bunch turnip roots
  • 1/4c olive oil
  • 2-3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • Italian seasoning (to taste)
  • salt & pepper (to taste)

Serve with fish over sautéed turnip greens

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Pre-heat oven to 425
  2. Chop roots
  3. In bowl, coat well with olive oil
  4. Mix in vinegar and seasonings
  5. Place on non-stick baking sheet
  6. Bake 20-25 min, until desired tenderness
